What we do?
  • Write permits for and inspect residential and commercial buildings, mobile homes, NCIs.
  • Assign addresses to new constructions and send to 911 Center

Before Building permit is obtained the following are required:
  1. Approved application for building permit from Land Use & Zoning
  2. Septic Tank # assigned (if septic system required)

 

When building permit is obtained from building inspector's office call for various inspections. If possible call at least one day ahead to schedule inspections

NCI are usually as soon as possible.
